The 19th Annual Candlelight Vigil was held at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial on Sunday, May 13, 2007. Sponsored by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), the event began at 8:00 p.m. at the Memorial grounds, located at Judiciary Square, on the 400 block of E Street, NW, Washington, DC. A reading of the names newly engraved on the Memorial immediately followed the ceremony.
