All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, usually within 4-5 working days from receipt of your order for in stock items. Please allow transit time. (To estimate UPS shipping times, visit www.ups.com/maps; enter 20004 as the zip code of origin.) Please allow 4-6 weeks for personalized bracelets. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of an order. Refer to the chart below for these charges. For online orders, shipping and handling are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders outside the continental U.S. or orders using international credit cards will not be processed online. Please fax any international/outside continental U.S. orders to 202-737-7740.
NLEOMF supporters can save 10% on most purchases. Quantity discounts of 10% for 10 or more and 25% for 100 or more of the same item are also available for most items. For more information, call the Gift Shop at 1-866-569-4928.
Cancellations can be made before an order has shipped by calling 1-866-569-4928 and referring to the order number. If your order has already shipped and you wish to make changes, additional shipping, handling and restocking costs may apply.
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase, simply return it within 30 days for your choice of a replacement or refund. All items to be returned must be in original packaging/shrink wrap and in sellable condition. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and your contact information.
Refunds for returned items will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If an item was received damaged, please notify us within five days of receipt at 1-866-569-4928.
