Search for a fallen Law Enforcement Hero.
The Combined Federal Campaign for 2016 is in full swing, providing all Federal civilian, postal and military employees with the chance to make regular, pre-tax contributions directly from their paychecks to the charities of their choice. The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund hopes that our dedicated federal workforce will once again give generously in support of the Memorial Fund's mission of respect, honor and remembrance for our nation's law enforcement heroes — in particular, those officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice in protecting our families and communities.
National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund
Agency Code 11631 | Registered with America's Charities
The Memorial Fund is celebrating over 25 years of honoring America's law enforcement community — local, state and federal. Founded in 1984, the organization built the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC, to make sure our fallen officers are never forgotten. There are currently more than 20,000 names engraved on the Memorial marble walls, including the names of more than 1,000 federal law enforcement and military police officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice throughout our nation's history. Today, the Memorial remains a place or honor in our nation's capital, bringing peace and comfort to law enforcement survivors, officers and friends from all over the country, and serving as a reminder to the nation of the incredible service and sacrifice law enforcement officers make on our behalf.
Construction of the National Law Enforcement Museum (located adjacent to the Memorial) began Saturday, April 16. The Museum will tell the story of American law enforcement through high-tech interactive exhibits, comprehensive collection of artifacts, extensive resources for research, and diverse educational programming. The Memorial Fund’s mission is to tell the story of American law enforcement and make it safer for those who serve.
Your CFC donation will help support the Museum, maintain the Memorial and assist the Memorial Fund's important research and safety programs designed to honor and protect our nation's protectors.
As some of the most generous people in the world, even in tough economic times, our Federal civilian, postal and military employees are always willing to extend a hand. For your spirit and generosity, we thank you.
