Description: Patrolman Hubbard was killed in a single-vehicle during the pursuit of a suspect who was accused of stealing diesel gas from a service station. Patrolman Hubbard observed the car and attempted to make a traffic stop. Patrolman Hubbard lost control of his patrol car while in pursuit and was killed when the car overturned.
