Description: Police Officer Flisk was shot and killed while processing the scene of a vehicle burglary. Officer Flisk was shot several times and died at a nearby hospital. The burglary victim, a retired police officer was also shot and killed. A 19-year-old parolee was charged with two counts of murder.
