Honoring our fallen law enforcement heroes

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC, contains the names of every law enforcement officer known to have died in the line of duty throughout U.S. history – a special honor for these uniquely American heroes.

Another special way in which to honor our fallen officers is to leave an online tribute on our website. We welcome narratives, poems, stories – any message you want to share in tribute to our fallen officers. Tributes can be posted for an individual officer or for America's fallen heroes in general.

In addition, you are encouraged to browse through our tributes, to better appreciate the service and sacrifice of America's law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our safety and protection.
