 Honor man
The man I know and love puts his uniform on everyday to do a job he loves to serve and protect. He is my angel and I pray for him and all other to always come home. May god watch over him and all of the law enforcement family. Thank you for all you do. God bless

 Police Week 2011
I was that which others did not want to be. I went where others feared to go, and did what other failed to do. I asked nothing from those who gave nothing and reluctantly accepted the thought of eternal loneliness should I fail. I have seen the face of terror, felt the stinging cold of fear, and enjoyed the sweet taste of a moments love. I have cried, pained, and hoped...but most of all...I have lived times others would say were best forgotten. At least some day, I will be able to say that I was proud of what I was...a Police Officer. Thank you for your service.

 I light a candle
May the families find peace knowing these men and women died doing what they were born to do..I light this candle for Officer Mike Healey from Oak Lawn, IL. He was my dad's partner and was shot in line of duty. I was 7-years old and I still remember it like yesterday.. I light this candle Office Tate Lynch whose memory still remains because family and Officers of CGPD keep his memory alive..They all make sure his boys know what a hero he is..

 We Miss You
You contributed to our sense of self as police officers. You joked, laughed and help us to see the lighter side of tragedy. With a look you said, "I've got your back, let's go!" You always asked about those important to us, and shared your own concerns. You had wishes for your life, now left unfulfilled. Please continue to watch over us, help us to move through each situation with the high values that you brought to work every day. Help us help others. We miss you.
