The Forensic Detectives Summer Camp 2017
July 10-14, 2017 Or July 31-August 4, 2017
Step into the shoes of the many roles that are involved in a crime scene investigation! Discover how science can be used to solve crimes! Campers will be able to process a crime scene and analyze evidence as experts. Their skills will be tested when they are asked to interrogate a witness and put the clues together like a puzzle. The summer camp experience will provide participants with a greater understanding of forensic science, its role in the criminal justice system, and exposure to STEM-related careers in law enforcement.
Restrictions: Must meet age criteria for classes. Must be ok with the subject matter of crime and the investigative process.
*Classroom size is restricted. Full payment required in advance. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations.
Attire: Comfortable clothes that can be stained from the investigative process. Campers will be working with dusting powder and some chemicals.
