The Forensic Detectives 2016 Slideshow

The Forensic Detectives Summer Camp 2016

Students will get hands-on training in the basics—from fingerprints to DNA, toolmarks to trace—and get to meet with professionals working in the field today. This summer camp experience will provide participants with a greater understanding of forensic science, its role in the criminal justice system, and exposure to STEM-related careers in law enforcement.

The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), authorized in 2000 by Congress and then U.S. President Bill Clinton, announced days ago that it has successfully secured tax-exempt bond financing to build the first national museum designed to tell the story of American law enforcement.
